Micro Vision is currently working on a 3MW and 10MW wind power project in Puttlam District in North West of the country, The Company is currently carrying out acquisition of wind data in the land owned by the Group and has applied for the approval from the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority. Puttlam District has the best wind patterns in Sri Lanka ideal for wind power where the wind speed and volume is consistent and can reach top speed.

NEW BRANCH COMING SOON

Managing Director of the company announced that plans are in hand to open a new branch in Kiribathgoda, one of the fastest developing cities i n close proximity to Colombo. The main idea is to create a channel to assist out station installations and the factory operations which is based in Kelaniya. MVSS is also planning to shift its administrative division to the new branch. He also added that this will bring down the overheads of the company to a greater extend. |
